Taxi Term and condition

Basic Terms & Conditions

  1. No Cancellation & No Refund – Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed and no refund will be provided.

  2. Minimum Distance – A minimum of 300 km per day is mandatory for outstation trips.

  3. Advance Booking – Advance booking is compulsory to confirm any Taxi, Tempo Traveller, or Bus.

  4. Payment Policy – Full payment must be completed one day before the trip starts.

  5. Driver Bata, Fuel & Permit Charges

    • Daily driver bata, fuel charges, and state permit charges must be paid directly to the driver as per the trip.

    • These charges are not included in the rental fare unless mentioned.

  6. Lost Items – The driver and Arunodaya Travels are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items during the trip.

  7. Toll & Internet Bills – Toll receipts and internet bills will not be issued by Arunodaya Travels.

  8. Fixed Pricing – The price is fixed for Taxi, Tempo Traveller, and Bus bookings as agreed at the time of confirmation.

  9. Vehicle Availability – If Arunodaya Travels is unable to arrange the booked vehicle due to breakdown, driver shortage, or peak-time issues,

    • Customers will be informed at least 3 days in advance.

    • An alternative vehicle may be provided if the customer agrees.

    • If not accepted, the advance payment will be refunded.

  10. Route or Plan Changes – Any change in route, destination, or travel plan must be informed in advance. Additional charges will apply.

  11. Night Driving / Late-Night Travel – For overnight or late-night travel (beyond permitted hours), driver bata is mandatory and must be paid directly.

  12. Travel Issues – Any issue during the trip must be reported immediately to Arunodaya Travels. Complaints raised after the trip ends will not be accepted.

  13. Vehicle Damage & Cleanliness – Any damage caused by passengers (lights, AC, seat covers, interiors) or excessive dirt will attract extra charges, payable by the customer.

  14. Tips & Driver Food – Tips or food provided to the driver are optional and will not be adjusted or deducted from the total trip amount.
